Hi,
With 93.4 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 exams and a decent score in class 12th, you may get admission in NIT under BC-B Category. You may also choose any college which accepts JEE Mains papers score for admission to Architecture course.

As per your rank the possibility of getting a rank in IIIT is sure. I don't know about NITs. You can use Shiksha College Predictor for this. All the best for future.

No, with 57 percentile it's not possible to get admission in any NITs IIITs or IIT. It's better to check for some other private institute which take students with their class 12th marks, as you have good percentage.

With 53 percentile, you cannot get admission in any of the reputed Institutes. You can only get admission in some Tier III Institutes in your locality for B.Tech.

You can try applying for JAC Chandigarh admissions. You get the following branch at UIET Chandigarh
ECE
Mechanical
EEE
IT
BIOTECH
If branch is not your priority, you can well get branch like Materials and Metallurgical in PEC University of Tech. And also there is a slight chance of getting Production engineering also.

No, it would be very hard to get as your score is less, you should take a drop year and work hard or try some good private engineering Colleges.

Hi Mekala,
Yes, you can get Government College or NIT with these ranks but you won't get streams such as CSE, IT etc. But, you can get streams such as Biotechnology, textile etc. Good luck.
