No, there is no such scheme by which you can be transported to IITs.
NIT is also a very good college and once selected in it you can change your stream according to your marks but no college transfer scheme is there.

No, it is not mandatory but you should have knowledge of basic maths as some of the applications are important in the course.

CHEMISTRY : RESONANCE or VIBRANT ACADEMY
MATHS: CENGAGE or ALLEN or VIBRANT.
These are the books you can use as ncert will not help you in jee exam .so, go to these books.
