Chances are slim for a good NIT but you can get a seat in some branch in last few rounds. It will be better if you prepare well for coming JEE Mains and better your score.
All the best.

Hello Akash Kumar, You have received 90 percentile in your JEE Mains which occurred in the month of January. With this percentile, I feel you should get admission in either of the three institutions that you have mentioned. However, to be sure, I am attaching a link that will predict the college for you based on your percentile score. Here I would like to advise you that if you are not satisfied with the results then you must attempt JEE Mains once again that is going to be conducted in the month of April with the aim of improving and enhancing your percentile. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT/SPA or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
