Considering, you're from general category, you won't get old NITs with these core branches unless you have home state quota. In new NITs, you can easily get the core branches also apply to Delhi college counselling because with this rank you also have opportunities for NSIT DCE and IIIT Delhi and those are also good colleges. If you are talking about last year's opening and closing ranks, then these are already declared on the josaa. Nic. In
And, for this year's ranks, firstly the result of JEE Advanced will be declared and then the time table of whole counselling procedure will be made available on the JOSAA website. Generally, the counselling starts in last or second last week of June.

I also had almost same rank as you 1578 (AIR_OBC). I will suggest you to select NITK Surathkal IT. Even CSE at Allahabad is also a very good option if you are from UP. So if you want to stay near to home then go for CSE at NIT Allahabad otherwise come to NITK, Surathkal in IT.

Friend, there is no chance of getting NITs or IITs. You can get state government colleges or you can go for other private colleges available.
