With this rank, it is difficult to get NIT. You can go for your state government engineering colleges. That will be best for you. All the best.

Hello,
Firstly congratulations to you. It is all about your interest. But, if you think about the placements, then NIT-Nagpur is quite better than NIT-Suratkal.

Sorry, but with this Marks in class 12th, you will not be able to get any IITs and NITs. May be you can get Government Colleges or you can go for Private Colleges. To know more about Colleges on the basis of your Marks and rank:
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
You can go for other courses like B.Sc. BCA integrated courses and more.

Yes, it is better and Sastra University ranks just after NIT-Trichy. So, it is best to prefer Sastra University.
