Choosing the branch doesn't depend upon the rank you will get. It's all about the interest you have in the particular field like CSE, ECE, EEE, ME, CE, etc. You must choose according to your interest from which you can achieve your aim.
On above mentioned rank, you will definitely get the government college like NIT even IIIT: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
I am providing you the link for college prediction
based on your rank. Don't come under pressure while choosing the branch. Just thought about the interest you have in particular field.

JEE Mains paper 2 cutoff is:-
General -81 Marks
OBC -49 Marks
SC-32 Marks
ST-27 Marks
It depends upon cutoff, since this year cutoff is 49, so the OBC candidate have to score 120+ to get into a decent NIT with core branch. But always remember that only clearing the cut-off is not enough for you to get a seat. Admission in NITs is calculated along with decent percentage in boards. You can go for counseling. Thanks.

If interested in computer to for NIT, and if not interested, go for IIT Kanpur. Mechanical and CSE are both the fields of different route. NIT CSE will be good. Moreover, you specified IIIT Allahabad IT, it is again a very good choice. All the options are good. Just see the curriculum and go for your interest.
Good luck.
