Yes, your Mark are good enough to get admission in NIT in B.Arch. You can apply in best NIT you like. You can get admission in any NIT with this much marks.
You can admission in nit kanpur , nit Bhopal, nit indor. You can try to get admission in all this NIT's.

Generally a score around 200 is good enough to get NITs. For Chemical Engineering also a score around 150-160 is good enough. Still, you can better check the college predictor link for the expected colleges list-
