No, not a good NIT, you may get lower branch in a new NIT ( depending upon the counselling) but still very less chance
You may get GFTIs CSE, just go through some previous year cut offs
As you are a sc candidate, you can get a good government college even at this rank
or
take a drop year and try again.

Congratulations on scoring 92 percentile! With this score, you may be able to get into one of the lower NITs in the counselling procedure. Some of the colleges where you may be able to pursue Civil Engineering with your rank of 25444 and OBC category are: NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya and NIT Nagaland.

Based on the information I found, it is difficult to predict which NIT or IIIT you will get for CSE or ECE as it depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoffs for each institute. However, you can check out the cutoffs for NITs and IIITs for CSE and ECE courses in previous years to get an idea of the range of ranks that were accepted. Yes, you have high chances to get NITs for CSE but for IITs you have to qualify JEE Advanced with sufficient marks and rank.

Hello Prince, I am afraid that the ranking that you have mention will almost have no scope for you even take part in the counselling process that to be conducted by j o s a in September of this year. I am saying so because I feel that your percentile is below the cut off levels that have been published by National testing agency. The JEE Main 2021 Cut off closing ranks for B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering in NIT Trichy for the open category were 5659 and 714 respectively for HS and OS candidates. However, the cutoffs vary as per the institute, the B.Tech programme, and the state quota. You can check JoSAA. Nic. In for more information about the cutoffs and admission criteria.
