If your rank is less than 50k then you will get admission in NITs but your rank is 150k so you must try in other colleges.

As per your rank in JEE, your chances for getting any NITs are nil, however, you may look forward for the colleges like Thapar University, LNMIT and JIIT Noida. You may get some good branches there.
All the best.

I don't think there will be any problem to get a job just because you dropped a year for entrance preparation. The employer is only interested in your educational qualification, your knowledge and your skills. Since you dropped a year for preparation of entrance exams, you haven't lost it. The preparation is definitely going to help you to get your goal and once you have achieved it, nobody cares how many years you dropped.
So, do not worry and move ahead towards your goal.

Your rank of almost 68K appears to be reasonable. It seems that you will get admission. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.
