but in which NIT?, as home state quota can be claimed only in that NIT from where u r having Your state of eligibility

As per my knowledge there are less institutes offering Aeronautical Engineering. I can suggest you some universities offering Aeronautical Engineering you can browse website of those universities for more information. So, some of the universities are Lovely Professional University, Anna University, PEC, JNTU etc.
