there is no seat left after counselling procedure they're exist a spot round in which there is compulsory to take seat if allotted

As far as i know FMS BHU is better than NIT. You cannot call it as a mistake but FMS BHU is a good call. Average package of this year as of now is Rs.7.1 lakhs for FMS. Rest is your decision. All the best.
