You can't get NITs with 59 marks. If you think that you have potential to crack JEE, then prepare for it again. To get NIT, you need to score 140 minimum marks for a normal branch, otherwise if you have budget, then go to private engineering college. You can opt for colleges in Bangalore.

Mention your category too. If you belong to general category then you have very less chance of getting NITs. You can get government colleges.

You need to score atleast above JEE Mains cut-off to get admission in a good college. With a below than that cut-off, you can't even expect anything.
