NITs currently do not have provision for lateral entry admission in B.Tech for Diploma holders. You can seek admission by appearing for JEE in first year of engineering as you have done class 12th.

Hi Dear,
For admission into IITs and NITs, you have to appear JEE Mains as well as Advanced. There is no other gateway for admission.
All the best.
Thank you.

Now that education system has scrapped the board marks. So, certainly cutoffs will be uplifted. You have to score at least 100, but aim high.

It depends upon merit, however 220-230 marks are well enough.

It depends on NIT branch and your category. A general category student can get admission for CS in MNIT, Jaipur with around 200 marks.
