It depends on how much you have scored in jee mains and what is your category.for eg. being from general category you must have at least 200 marks or above to get a good nit.

You have low score in your JEE mains which can't get you admission in any of the NIT but you can get into some prestigious private institutions in India based on your marks in board exams. Also you are eligible for best scholarships offered by private universities. Check out the following universities -

Hey Vinod,
You have not sufficient marks to get into IIT or NITs but you can apply for some government and private colleges. I suggest you to apply for multiple colleges so that you are not left out at a later stage. Private universities also have the best infrastructure nowadays. Some college suggestions -

For pursuing MBA in NIT, it is not necessary that you should be graduate in B.tech. Normal graduate students can pursue MBA from the NITs. Only the minimum eligibility criteria for 50 or 60% in graduation should be fulfilled.
