According to the placements and infrastructure both stand at the same position.
But still the first one is better due to healthy environment. A peaceful decorum is necessary for personality development which is necessary with a good degree.

NIT, Warangal is obviously a good campus with good weather. It is located in the city so that you can get the things easily whereas Trichy is quite far from the city.

NIT Trichy is the top most NIT, so I suggest you to go for mechanical at NIT Trichy. If you are getting admission in top 3 NITs, then I suggest you to go for CSE.

If you have a rank below 10,000, you have a good chance of getting in NITT if branch isn't your main concern.
