It is very difficult to get NIT-trichy. You can try applying for colleges in rourkela, durgapur etc with easier cutoffs.

Libraries are now environments to study with several materials hosted online. The materials otherwise available are very good. There are published papers and projects also available.

You can get admission in IIIT kanchipuram. I think that will be the best option for your statistics. You might get a branch of your choice too with given scores.

Yes, you will get a seat. Apply for NITT ECE too for back up. You will need a OC rank of 1500, but OBC rank varies widely.

I've heard that IIITH is very good for CSE. But facilities in NITT for CSE along with placements are good.
