It all depends on the rank you get in the entrance exam and if your rank is too good and below 20k, then you will definitely get chance in aeronautical engineering and coming to the fees. You are supposed to pay nearly 1 lakhs including hostel per year. So, I hope for the best and achieve it.

As the branch is different compared to others, you need to focus more on the internships and try to get placed in core companies where you will get experience too and know the topic well.And coming to the companies for placements like HAL, DRDO, NASA and many more core companies which will help you more in further.

It nearly costs 11-12 lakhs for all the four years if you join through management quota and it surely depends on the branch you prefer.
