Yes there exist dress code or the uniform for BSc nursing students. It might not be applicable during regular class but when you are practicing you need to wear the given dress code

Yes, getting more certifications in your respective field will significantly increase your chances of getting higher-paying job roles. It is important to choose a good certificate programme that will help you enhance your skills, knowledge, and expertise in a specific branch. 
You can even go for a Post Basic BSc Nursing or BSc Nursing programme to increase your marketability.

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) are diploma-level programs, and both are great options in their own. It depends on your future goals and interests. But, I would suggest going for a UG-degree course like BSc Nursing after these courses to get better job and salary options.

Hello, GNM is a 3.5-year diploma-level programme according to the Indian Nursing Council (INC). This includes 3 years of classroom study with 6 months of mandatory internship in a healthcare facility.
