Yes you can get direct admission in private colleges or deemed institutions.
But for government colleges they take a entrance exam for admissions.
Private colleges have high fees than government colleges.

A UP CNET application fee of INR 3000 needs to be paid by the Unreserved/Other Backward Classes (UR/OBC) category students. While applicants from Scheduled Cast/Scheduled Tribe/Persons with Disability (SC/ST/PwD) category are required to pay INR 2000.

After the stipulated date, no candidate will be allowed to make changes to the CNET application form. Please note that Primary Information submitted during registration cannot be changed or altered.
