PG College of Law, Osmania University, is very good for BA LLB. A famous university, it is bar council of india approved 5-year programme with strong curriculum in constitutional law, criminal law, etc.
Faculty consists of experienced professors and practice in moot court and internships to improve skills. About average placements of INR 4-6 LPA with the highest reaching INR 12 LPA offered by firms like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Due to the public nature of PG College of Law, Osmania University, fees for the LLM programme are quite accessible. For a two-year program, the tuition fee is around INR 10,000–15,000 per year, totaling approximately INR 20,000–30,000 over the two years.
Other expenses include examination fees (about INR 1,000–2,000 yearly), library fees (INR 500–1,000), and registration (INR 1,000 one time), adding up to the total expenditure of INR 25,000–35,000. If needed, hostel fees would be additional at INR 10,000–15,000 per year. Compared to private law schools that charge in excess of INR 1,00,000 per annum, it is truly economical.

With 60 marks in TS LAWCET, admission into PG College of Law, Osmania University, is somewhat tough for the LLM programme but can be possible depending on cutoffs and category.
TS LAWCET for LLM stands at 120 marks with a minimum of 60 marks for admission, that being half, a fair minimum. The application fee for the BA LLB programme at PG College of Law, Osmania University is largely dependent on the TS LAWCET entrance examination. For the year 2025, this fee is between INR 500 to almost INR 800 for general and OBC candidates as sampled in the last years, while SC/ST candidates pay around INR 500.
It is mainly for registration to the exam and paid up online at the submission of the application. Other expenses such as the counseling fees (INR 500–1,000) may apply after the results for seat allocation. Submissions to PG College of Law, Osmania University, for academic rectitude may have last been set in either May or June, all basically for those admissions scheduled for August start. Just like in 2025, and following old trends, applications are expected to open by March for BA LLB through TS LAWCET but close by the end of May, and if there are delays in conducting counseling could extend until early June.

BA LLB at PG College of Law, Osmania University, is fulfilling eligibility for candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% (40% in SC/ST categories) aggregate marks from a recognised board. Subjects can be of any stream-science, commerce, or arts, giving the flexibility of application.
The other qualifying test is also the TS LAWCET (Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test). Minimum rank depends on that year's cutoffs, which are usually around 50-60 marks out of 120 for general category. Age limits are in accordance with BCI norms which are usually less than 20 years (22 for reserved categories)
