The PG College of Law, Osmania University is a good choice for an LL.M, if you're looking for affordable education, experienced faculty, and a strong academic reputation. Being one of India's the oldest law colleges, it has a solid foundation in legal education.
However, placements are not very strong, so you may need to put in extra effort to secure internships and job opportunities. If you're self-motivated and willing to network, it can be a great option. Otherwise, private universities with better placement support might be preferable.
