• Low Base Fee: Osmania University's constituent colleges have a relatively low tuition fee for the entire 2-year MCA course (around ₹30,000).
• Fee Reimbursement: Eligible Backward Caste (BC) students who gain admission through the standard process (qualifying the TSICET entrance exam and attending counseling) can apply for tuition fee reimbursement from the Telangana government.
• Government Mandate: The college management is mandated not to collect the tuition fee component from students who are eligible for this government reimbursement scheme. 

• Be a domicile of Telangana state.
• Belong to the Backward Classes (BC) category.
• Have an annual family income below the specified limit (currently ₹1.5 lakh for rural areas and ₹2 lakh for urban areas).
• Have secured admission into the MCA program through the single-window system (TSICET counseling).
• Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year. 

1. Qualify TSICET: You must take and qualify the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) as admission to the MCA program is based on the rank obtained in this exam.
2. Apply via TS ePASS: After securing admission, you must apply for the scholarship/fee reimbursement through the official Telangana ePASS scholarship portal.
3. Document Verification: Be prepared to provide necessary documents like caste certificate, income certificate, educational mark sheets, and domicile proof for verification.
