Oxford and Cambridge are more into intellect so you have demonstrated the same. Study very hard and achieve excellent grades. Also they want students who can contribute to the university and the society so be an all-rounder. Know your talents and pitch in your areas of excellence. From sports to culinary skills whatever may be your talent besides academics, simply demonstrate. Remember to maintain high academic grades throughout.

Since Oxford is VTU approved and REVA is autonomous.
It depends on you which you opt for.

You must hold a Bachelor's degree with very good grades and must have at least 2 years of work experience and must submit GMAT or GRE scores. The application process is online, you must submit the online application form before the recommended deadlines along with your academic transcripts, MBA essays, test scores and recommendation letters. You mean full scholarship? You may get the same if you surpass other applicants and have an extraordinary profile besides the 90% +. Deserving candidates are always considered.

I think Oxford doesn't consider NEET. NEET is national exam not international but check the eligibility of Oxford MBBS admission.

You have to very very good in your academics to get into a university like Oxford. More than 75% is expected. You must also take the IELTS. Check Oxford website for IELTS requirement.
