If you want to become an eye doctor, then yes. But, if it means a medical doctor then becoming a doctor typically refers to becoming a medical doctor (MBBS) or pursuing a postgraduate degree in medical fields like MD or MS.
B Optometry, on the other hand, is a specialised undergraduate programme in optometry, which focuses on eye care and vision-related issues. While B Optometry is not a direct path to becoming a medical doctor, you can pursue further education and training in the field of medicine or healthcare if you are interested in a medical career.
