IGNOU's degree is at par with any degree of any good university in India. So, you surely can apply for MA in any regular university. But there is a catch. Many universities have norms where they do not prefer students who have done a Bachelor's course from IGNOU so, at the end, it depends on the university.

Both fields are very good. You have to choose which is your interesting subject. And develop your skill. Only grade will not help you to make career because its technical branch. And here year skill is important then grade.

There are many universities for clinical psychology course, it is a good course. I think the University of Delhi, New Delhi is the best university for the study. Best of luck.

For this candidate must have completed Honors graduation with 40% marks or 56% marks for Pass graduate.
