As per the official page of the institute, they offer a complete educational and training programme to prepare students who independently can undertake and execute effectively diagnostic and therapeutic management of physical and mental disorders such as cases of Polio, Paralysis, Paraplegia, Hemiplegia and other physical disabilities.
This course is to produce qualified specialists in the field of physical medicine & rehabilitation to teach, treat and rehabilitate neurological and orthopedic disorders of varying degrees and nature and also persons permanently disable by accident and various crippling diseases.

BIT-Patna is a lot better than BIT-Deoghar.
BIT-Deoghar's cut off is around 6 to 7 Lacs while BIT-Patna cut-off goes approx. 3.5 Lacs rank for gen./OBC/home state.

To get admission into any good college for MBA in India, you have to give one or the entrance exams(whose score is accepted by that college), clear all the necessary cutoffs and perform well in the interview rounds(if shortlisted for it). P.S. There are no good colleges for pursuing MBA in Patna.

(i) Indian students -Based on AIR in JEE-Mains through CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) / JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority).
(ii) NRI/PIO/ SFFS Based on marks obtained by the candidates in Class 12 / equivalent qualifying examination
