No, PERA CET application fee is non-refundable. Students have to pay a registration fee of INR 1500 through credit card/debit card/netbanking/UPI. Candidates must keep their payment receipt after the submission of PERA CET application form.

The PERA CET 2024 registration is ongoing. The last date to apply is May 19, 2024 (Phase III). To apply for PERA CET 2024, candidates need to fill an online application form available on the exam website and make a payment of INR 1,500 before the last date. Check below for a brief description of the PERA CET 2024 application process.
- Log on to the PERA India website.
- Click on the PERA CET tab.
- Select 'PERA CET online registration'.
- Enter the details asked.
- Click on the declaration check box and submit the form.

PERA CET is conducted for various UG and PG courses, including BTech, BPharm, B. Tech Bioengineering, B. Tech Food Technology, B.Des, M.Des, BFA, MFA, BHM, BEd, MTech, MPharm, MBA, MCA, MEd and LLB / LLM. PERA is a federation of the state private universities of Maharashtra. It is set up with the aim of promoting quality education in various streams. The association conducts a multi-stream entrance exam for students interested in pursuing undergraduate and post-graduation degrees from Maharashtra institutes associated with PERA.

PERA CET is an objective-type exam. The pattern of the question papers for UG and PG programmes is the same, but the syllabus is different for UG and PG and as per the respective course. That is, the question papers will be separate for the respective courses. The question paper for the UG course is designed based on the respective 12th standard syllabus, and for the PG course, it is designed based on the respective degree level syllabus.

No, there is no negative marking in PERA CET. The exam is of two hours duration, and the total marks of exam is 200. In Physics, 25 MCQs will be asked each of 2 marks. In Chemistry, there will be 25 MCQs of 2 marks each. But in Mathematics, 50 MCQs will be asked for 2 marks each. The question paper for the UG course is designed based on the Class 12 syllabus, and for the PG course, the PERA CET paper is designed based on the respective degree-level syllabus.

The PERA CET eligibility criteria for PG courses is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant stream from a recognised board or university. Also, final-year graduation students or those awaiting final results are eligible to apply. The question paper for the PG course will be designed on the basis of the respective degree-level syllabus.
