No, PERA CET and MHT CET both are different exams. These entrance exams are held for BTech admission, but by different authorities. Here are some key differences:

• MHT CET is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra's State Common Entrance Test Cell. While PERA CET is conducted by Preeminent Education and Research Association (PERA India)

• MHT CET scores are used for admission to state government, government-aided, and many private and minority colleges. On the other hand, PERA CET scores are used for admission to member private and self-financed colleges/universities in Maharashtra.
