Preeminent Education and Research Association or PERA is a federation of the state private universities of Maharashtra, set up with the aim to promote quality education in streams such as Engineering, Management, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Teaching and Fine Arts. Eligibility Criteria for Preeminent Education and Research Association - Common Entrance Test
To be eligible for PERA CET, canddidates must meet the following -
- For UG programmes, candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent from a recognised board and have Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology as their compulsory subjects.
- For PG-specific programmes, undergraduate degree from a recognised university or institute is a must.
- The minimum qualifying mark/percentage is 45% for general category and 40% for reserved category.
- Students currently studying class 12th or final year appearing applicants can also apply for PERA CET 2026 admission
- There is no upper-age limit for BTech or BE courses.
