ONGC has opening for different field graduates besides engineering graduates. You can join in sales & marketing finance, HR etc after MBA. You can also join ONGC as a geologist or geophysics or geophysics technologist. You can also join ONGC after MCA in IT department. You can also join ONGC as a medical officer.

It's not possible, to pursue B.Tech in any college with PCB, you need PCM as compulsory subjects in class 12th.

BS in PE in USA is equivalent to B.Tech/ BE in India. You are eligible to do MS after BS is USA.
