The admission procedure comprises of following factors:
1. Score in in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT : 45% (maximum Weightage)
2. Case-based Group Discussion : 15%
3. Personal Interview: 20%
4. Academic Performance (previous): 15%
5. Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities: 5%.
So, if you do well in entrance exam, GD and PI, you'll have control over 45+15+20 = 80% weightage during admissions. And obviously, you'll get some mark

Now, technically it is fair to say that you are eligible, but some IIMs give more weightage to 10th and 12th. So, technically you are eligible. My suggestion would be to give your best efforts in CAT that should be the primary goal and leave the rest for afterwards once CAT gets over.

Eligibility: Graduates in any stream or students who have appeared for the graduation.
Course Duration: 1 year inclusive of 3 months internship.
Selection process: Entrance Test followed by Personal Interview.
My Certification: The course has module wise periodic assessments and a final assessment.
Course Commencement Date: June / July / August 2020
