Well, you cannot apply on the basis of CAT, but if you appeared for MAT, then you can apply for it.

To get into IIM's one should a minimum experience of 2 years, and for some other courses one should have 3 and more years of experience.

You can apply for Global Business Management or International Business Management graduate certificate programs in Canada. Also if you want to specialize in marketing, finance or HR, these courses are also available. But Global business management programme is of 2 years mostly where you are eligible to get 2 to 3 years of PSWV. Rest are of 1 years where you get only 1 year PSWV. PSWV - Post Study Work Visa.

No, you are not eligible because you must have Bachelor degree/equivalent qualification or pursuing bachelor/ equivalent qualification to apply here.
Here selection is mainly based on graduation marks.

You are eligible for PGDM but I would suggest gaining some experience first. PGDM alone hasn't much value.

No, it's not that much. Since writing these MBA entrance exams is not about clearing them. They give scores / percentile. If you score better then broader options for top colleges will be open for you. Else for an average college they do accept a little less score.
Also, group discussions, personal interview and your past academic records do matter to get admission in top MBA/ PGDM colleges.

Whereas, PGDM programs are offered by autonomous colleges. PGDM programs AICTE approved. Their syllabus are updated with respect to current industry trends and they train students and give them hand on corporate exposure. At ISBR, we do offer AICTE approved PGDM programs.
