Hi Aman Tripathi, you can check with the universities directly if they will accept your 3-years degree, in some cases they do after an assessment. The universities will guide you with what you have to do. Alternatively, you can complete the first year of a Master's degree course in India.

Yes, you can apply with 66 percentile. You will have both GD and PI after that. Perform well in both and then only final selection happens.

Dear Satyam!
Having just Diploma is not enough for getting admission for MBA/PGDM. You have sufficient (very good) years of work experience. So my suggestion is that you just now do Bachelors (if you are in age limit). And prepare very hard for CAT-GMAT and MAT. This will surely maximise your chance. Hope this helps.
