No, SDIET only provides courses at the undergraduate level; it does not provide PhD programmes to applicants. To guarantee a spot in the programme candidates must adhere to the admissions procedure. Candidates should review the course's eligibility and selection requirements before applying. Candidates can apply for UG courses like BTech if their the highest level of qualification is Class 12.

No it is not all mandatory to take a joint M.Sc PhD after qualifying for IIT JAM. Although many students choose this, you can just apply for M.Sc now and if you feel apply for PhD later.
For GATE also the similar thing is followed.
