There are few government colleges in Telangana which do Pharm.D. There are lots of private institutions offering this course but some of the notable government institutions offering the course include the University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH), Hyderabad and Kakatiya University, Warangal. For all the universities providing B.Pharm, the General Aptitude Test (Section III) is mandatory, while the language test (English or Hindi) can be optional based on the eligibility criteria of the university.

The General Test tests logical, quantitative and analytical ability, and is commonly required in central universities for admission to B.Pharm

Language Test (Section I) is not compulsory at the national CUET level, but specific universities can include it as a compulsory eligibility requirement
