You do not need to worry about the cut off for getting admission in to Diploma in Pharmacy.
Instead the eligibility criteria is the candidate must have passed out 12th from a recognised state board. The candidate must have passed 12th in subjects PCM or PCB.

You do not need to worry about the NEET cut off for getting admission in to the Pharm D course. Because, NEET is an entrance for medical courses and Pharm D is a para medical course. In some states there will be CETs common entrance tests, through which you can get admission in to the paramedical courses.
Pharm D degree is open to students who have completed their 12th-grade board exams with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised board and have PCM or PCB as their major subject combination.
Hope, the information provided is useful.
Good luck!
