The results are already declared. The admission process has started in many of the establishments and in many institutions classes have also have begun. I am sure you are talking about the new academic session 22-23 for which the process of GATE application began in 2021. Normal speaking AICTE or the concerned University announce the whole schedule of admission process including beginning of registration entrance exams if any followed by counselling in some cases paying of fees and starting of actual classes. In many University is the classes have already began and many more or in the process of starting classes very short. I am not able to help you more since you are not mention asked in which college or university, you are intending to begin your post graduation studies.
