Yes, you can, but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India, as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

No, no college gives admission on the basis of your 12th marks. However, if you wish to get into college on the basis of the same, then try getting in through management quota.
