No, you have to study biology for better assistance.
If you have interest in maths better go for B.Sc (Hons) in maths.

The age limit for NEET is between 17 and 25. You get 3 attempts at the max so if your age is below 25 then go for it.

You already have experience of job after your post graduation. For better career prospects, you should perhaps try to get some management degree that may enable you a better job in another company or try to shift to production. But fundamentally, keep on acquiring knowledge.
