49 marks in MHCET might be a low score but 45% minimum marks in 12th is the eligibility which you already have. MHCET is an annual exam conducted once in a year. Proper preparation with good study books would sail you through. All the best.

For pharmacy in govt. colleges, 60% is minimum in PCB or PCM is required. In that case, you are not eligible for it. Try B.Sc in botany, chemistry or other science field for a good career. Try other govt. entrance examinations such as SSC if you are keen to go for a govt. job by working hard enough. SSC CHSL is based on 12th. Act as per your interest.

The Bachelor of Pharmacy degree is popularly known as B-Pharma in India. It is a four-year program with both annual and semester schemes available. In order to be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects.
Best of luck.

MBA would be a better option. You will learn a lot apart from the main subject that is expected by the companies.
