Getting a job directly after B.Pharm is a little troublesome if you're not looking for a job in sales and marketing and want to make your career in the research field or some other job then you'll have to pursue higher studies.
Students interested in academia and R&D take up M.Pharm or Ph.D. It will not only add a higher degree and greater career opportunity to your CV but also, you can become a professor in the Indian universities.
For this CSIR NET exam is held twice a year: CSIR NET Exam - Assistant professor

Yes, it is possible to complete B. Pharm with Maths as subject in 12th science stream in Gujarat.

The minimum eligibility for admission to this program is 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination in science subjects. Approximate tuition fee for the course is 95,000 INR per annum.

It depends from university to university. If you choose Chitkara University for B.Pharma then its fee per semester would be 80k and if you choose B.Pharma from any government university like Punjabi University then its annual fees would be 70k. It depends on whether you take admission in a government or private college.

Yes, there is an entrance exam for pharmacy as well. Some of the exams are GPAT, UP CPMT, etc.
