Philosophy along with Psychology is possible in a few colleges that come under the University of Delhi. You can either go for B.A. Programme with two core subjects of your choice, I. e. Philosophy and Psychology, or have a major in Philosophy/Psychology along with the other subject as your general elective (Which you'll be studying or 4 semesters and will be your minor). I would recommend you to go for major in a subject and minor in another one.

Admission Guidelines for MA in Philosophy from University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus is mentioned below:
If your Bachelor's degree is in the same course in which you are seeking admission, with 6 papers on that subject, you will be admitted on the basis of merit. If it is 3 papers, you will have to appear for an interview.
If you have done your Bachelor's degree in a subject other than the one you are seeking admission in, you will be selected on the basis of a written test consisting of 2 papers in the subject in which you desire to register for your MA degree. Paper 1 will be an essay paper on the subject, and Paper 2 shall be a paper to

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for taking admission in BA Philosophy, because of eligibility criteria. Class 12th with arts is compulsory for taking admission in BA Philosophy course.
