National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore offers law courses to aspirants at the undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level. Candidates can also pursue law programmes in the distance mode from NLSIU.

I am not sure about the Diploma but NLSIU regularly conducts certificate course in Medical Law and Ethics.

It depends upon the course you are looking for. Some courses offer separate entrance examination but others courses are distributed as per the individual cutoffs. You can fill University forms and check for the course you looking for.

Candidates who seek admission for the course are required to meet the following eligibility criteria which are as follows:
Graduation (BE/B.Tech) in a relevant discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates), completed from a recognized university.
Work experience of a minimum of 1 year, as most institutes prefer candidates with professional experience.
Students in the final year of graduation results impending are also welcome to apply for the course, however, admission to such students is made provisionally.

The official website says candidates should have philosophy as one of their subjects in graduation or candidates should have graduation from national/foreign university recognised by BHU and a post graduate diploma in Indian philosophy and religion with 50% aggregate at both the courses.
