You can't become physical education lecturer before completing your degree. So try to clear it first. After that, go for the same.

*Eligibility : 1.Minimum percentage eligibility to apply is 45%(Aggregate percentage will be in best four subjects including one language ).
2. Qualify the entrance test conducted by the college.
*Other eligibility criteria
1) Candidate must be medically fit.
2) Candidate must have attained the minimum age criteria before the first day of the October of the year.
However, 1 year age relaxation will be made on the basis of individual merits by the Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi through the Principal of the college concerned.

No, none of the colleges accepts physical education or fine arts for best four. Until you have played state or national particular game.
You can use sports quota if you are a player.
You need to clear up ground test for sports quota.

For BP.Ed, candidate needs to have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks and having at least participation in the Inter-College/ Inter-Zonal/ District/ School competition in Sports and games as recognized by the AIU/ IOA/ SGFI/ Govt. of India or Bachelor degree in Physical Education with 45% marks or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied Physical Education as a compulsory/elective subject.
