Graduation from any IIT is the dream of every Indian student. Keeping in mind the brand IIT, I would say that any IIT is good. However considering the present condition, I would like to advise you to go for CS. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can choose the IT field after completion of your M.Sc. In Physics. Some IT companies which recruit Postgraduates in Physics are Infosys, Wipro, CTS, etc.

Hii Abhi, First you have to prefer NCERT books for each subject and read carefully. For Chemistry NCERT is best but for Physics and Maths you have to read another book also after NCERT and practice more questions.
