There is something called Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) which you must give or may not depending on the university or college admission requirements. Check the JPSS website for information. Here it is:

You can prepare for JAM exam by yourself also. IIT JAM Exam is tough but if you prepare well, then you can easily crack the exam. Yes, JNU Delhi conduct entrance exam for B.Sc Hons. It is mandatory to qualify there entrance exam to get admission in JNU Delhi. So, you must focus on their entrance exam.

Well, by doing B.Sc in Electronics, you can join a junior college, as an assistant lecturer. Then, you can appear for UPSC exams and join companies like BHEL, CDAC, etc., which are government undertakings. Finally, you can join research groups like IEEE or ISTE and work as a researcher.
