Every year, IITs conduct IIT JAM exam for admission in different IITs, IISERs for Masters programme !

You should do M.Sc biochemistry. You can do M.Sc chemistry if you have chemistry as a core subject in all 3 years of B.Sc. 12th subjects don't matter much.

It depends on your interest and hard work. Both the courses are good but I think that finance is better in comparison to economics.
In addition to various UG courses, Loyola College, Chennai also offers various PG level programes to the interested candidates.
