Bachelor of Computer Application / Masters of Computer Application or BCS (Bachelor of Computer Science) / M.SC are best options, if you want to go ahead in Computer Field.
But, I suggest you to go with BE (Computer), if you are really interested in Computers.

There are many good colleges & universities which provide B.Sc Honours like Delhi university, IP University, Amity University, LPU Punjab, Chandigarh University, etc.
To get job in ISRO you will have to clear exam of ISRO which is conducted every year by ISRO

As per your interests, electrical branch (EEE/EE) seems to be most suitable followed by electronics and communication (ECE). These two branches have most of the physics and mathematics part.
