No not really. The requirement for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) programs in India varied depending on the state and university. NEET is primarily associated with medical and dental undergraduate programs (MBBS and BDS), and its application to MPT programs was not universal across all states and institutions.

No, candidates will not become a medical doctor (MD or MBBS) after completing a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) program. MPT is a postgraduate degree programme in Physiotherapy, and it does not confer the title of doctor in the same sense as medical doctors (physicians).

If one’s goal is to become a medical doctor, one would need to pursue a medical degree through a medical school program, which is separate from physiotherapy education. If their interest lies in Physiotherapy and rehabilitation, then an MPT programme is the appropriate educational pathway to follow.

Yes, you can pursue acupressure and physiotherapy simultaneously, but it requires careful planning and time management.

Acupressure is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the body to promote healing and balance, while Physiotherapy involves the use of physical techniques to improve movement and function.

Balancing them will depend on your ability to manage your schedule effectively and meet the requirements of each program.
