If you planning to go abroad, then why not pursue your Masters from any prestigious college abroad. On the other note there is no harm or demerit in pursuing your Masters from India if you are planning on going abroad in future. But, it would be better to pursue your Master's degree abroad in my opinion. All the best.

Of course, there are several courses that can be done after BPT. BPT is one of the courses which has a wide career prospect. After BPT one can go for MPT or MPH or Masters in several other health related subjects like nutrition, hospital administration etc. All the best.

Both the courses in consideration are quite different in their individual aspects. So, taking in consideration I would suggest that BPT is a better course to pursue that BVHS. BPT has a wider scope and job prospect than BVHS. Furthermore Physiotherapy is one of the emerging sciences that has gained popularity in the recent times. So, BPT is definitely a better option. All the best.
