Certificate in physiotherapy will make you a physiotherapy technician only. It will not allow you to run any clinic or practice it. Either, you will be eligible for the job of physiotherapy technician in any hospital or clinic or gym or sports center but you will be under a physiotherapy doctor if your certificate is valid from a recognised university. Just like ophthalmic technicians, ECG technicians, etc.

If you are good in your basic Mathematics that you studied in your school level then you can easily crack any MBA entrance exams. So gather some of the old Mathematics books of 10th or 12th standard and improve your basics or else you can join some coaching institutes to improve it.
To crack quantitative aptitude is not like you want to be a genius in Maths but it is like you should be good in your basics of Maths.
