Certificate in physiotherapy will make you a physiotherapy technician only. It will not allow you to run any clinic or practice it. Either, you will be eligible for the job of physiotherapy technician in any hospital or clinic or gym or sports center but you will be under a physiotherapy doctor if your certificate is valid from a recognised university. Just like ophthalmic technicians, ECG technicians, etc.

You need to enroll for BPT course. BPT stands for Bachelor of physiotherapy. It's a four and a half year course along with 1 month internship.
-Graduates can seek employment in centers that help physically challenged people, orthopedic departments, private & government sectors, health institutions, rehabilitation centers and in defense medical organizations.
-There are lot of job opportunities available in India as well as in foreign countries for physiotherapists.
-Graduate professionals with some experience can also start his/her own private clinic. This helps them to gain more confidence as well as revenue.
I hope it helps.
